Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 16 June 2026
PropertyOS is committed to making its landlord, tenant and public experiences
usable by as many people as possible, and aims to conform to **WCAG 2.1 level
AA**.
Conformance status
PropertyOS is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most of the
service meets the standard, but some content may not yet fully conform. We test
continuously and fix issues as we find them.
What we do
- Keyboard navigation and skip links on public pages
- Sufficient colour contrast in both light and dark themes
- Semantic headings, landmarks and form labels
- Visible focus indicators on interactive controls
- Automated accessibility checks (axe) run in our continuous-integration
pipeline, alongside manual review
Known limitations
- Some complex data tables and interactive widgets may have incomplete
screen-reader labelling.
- A small number of third-party or dynamically generated components may not yet
meet contrast or focus requirements.
We are actively working to resolve these.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us so we can help and
improve. Email [email protected] with the page URL and a short
description of the problem. We aim to respond within 10 working days.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant
supervisory body in your country. In Belgium, accessibility complaints relating
to covered services can be directed to the competent federal authority for the
European Accessibility Act.
