Invite tenants to their self-service portal in a few steps.

Send an invite

Open a property, go to Tenants, and enter the tenant email. They receive a link to create an account.

You can resend pending invitations or revoke access if plans change.

Tenants see shared documents, raise maintenance tickets, and receive notifications.
