Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of PropertyOS. By creating an account or using the
service you agree to them.
Note — not legal advice. These terms have not had external legal review;
they apply to our free preview.
1. Who we are
PropertyOS is operated by Oleksii Veselovskyi, an individual based in
Belgium, offering the service as a free preview. PropertyOS is not yet
registered as an enterprise. Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
PropertyOS provides property-management software for landlords, agencies and
tenants — including property and lease management, document storage, rent
tracking, compliance reminders and tenant communication. Features may change,
improve or be withdrawn as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details, be at least 18, and keep your
credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
4. Plans, billing and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees,
billing cycle and any free tier are shown at sign-up or in your account.
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply where required by law. Unless stated
otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already started. We may change
pricing with reasonable prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- attempt unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the service;
- use the service to process special-category personal data unnecessarily; or
- use the service in breach of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the data and documents you upload. You grant us the
limited rights needed to host and process them to provide the service. Our
handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy
and, where we act as your processor, the Data Processing Agreement.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are
not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes
liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian or EU law, including your
mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from account settings. On closure we
handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend
access for breach or where required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes are subject to the
competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection
rules of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the changelog
or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
