Free plan

Manage up to three properties with the core features — rent ledger, compliance tracking,

documents, tickets and the tenant portal. No credit card, no trial countdown.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not on sale yet. Pro will raise the limit to 10 properties; larger portfolios

will be handled by a plan with team seats. See Pricing, where you can ask to be

notified when they launch.

Invoices

Subscription invoices are available from Settings → Subscription.
