Is my data in the EU?

Yes. The application and its database run on a server in Lauterbourg, France, and the Azure

services behind it — document storage, transactional email and monitoring — are all in EU

regions. The subprocessors page lists who processes what.

Can tenants use the app for free?

Yes. Tenant portal access is included with your landlord subscription.

Which languages are supported?

English, Nederlands, Français and Deutsch for the marketing site and the whole product.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account and request account deletion. GDPR export is available from the same page.
