Welcome to PropertyOS. This guide helps landlords set up their first property.

Create an account

Register as a landlord and confirm your email. In development, confirmation is automatic.

Add a property

From Properties, enter the address, rent and lease dates. Upload compliance certificates as you go.

Invite tenants

Send an email invitation or share an invite code so tenants can access their portal.
